Le mandat s’inscrit dans un cycle de 2.5 à 3 ans (2026-2029) sur le réseau de la Filiale 1 d’Estavayer-le-Lac, réparti en 4 lots géographiques (Nord, Centre, Est, Ouest) totalisant 39 tronçons de 10 à 15 km chacun.
