Description

Le tronçon N09.56 Bex Nord - Martigny (env. 15.8 km) s’étend du km 56.222, à la limite de la filiale 1 (Estavayer-le-Lac), jusqu’au km 72.000, périmètre du projet EP Martigny & Environs, achevé en 2023. Il comprend les deux demi-jonctions de Bex et la jonction de St-Maurice. Le projet vise à remédier à certaines déficiences de l’infrastructure et à prolonger sa durée d’efficacité d’environ 15 ans. Les travaux concernent principalement le remplacement des revêtements, l’adaptation des aires de repos et des mesures sur plusieurs ouvrages d’art. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur les prestations de l’Auteur de Projet (APR) et Direction Locale des Travaux (DLT) Trafic pour l’ensemble du tronçon et pour les phases allant du Concept d’intervention (MK) à la mise en service (MS). Prestations principales : * Planification phase trafic : Élaboration du concept de gestion du trafic (CGT) et du GUC initial. * Marquage provisoire et sécurité : Définition du marquage temporaire et des dispositifs de sécurité. * Dispositifs de gestion du trafic : Conception et coordination des installations de régulation et de signalisation de chantier. * Signalisation horizontale définitive : Rétablissement des marquages finaux après travaux. * Suivi travaux (DLT + coordination) : Suivi de la mise en œuvre, ajustements sur site et participation à la coordination interdisciplinaire.
