Cet appel d’offres met au concours les prestations d’entretien des espaces verts du campus d’Ecublens de l’EPFL pour la période 2026 à 2028. Cet appel d'offres fait l'objet de 7 lots, décrits ci-dessous : * Lot 1 : Prestations d’entretien du secteur est du site. * Lot 2 : Prestations d’entretien du secteur ouest du site. * Lot 3 : Prestations d’entretien des toitures et bacs plantés aux étages. * Lot 4 : Prestations d’entretien des parcelles EPFL hors du campus d’Ecublens, telles que décrites au chapitre 3.5.4 Lieux d’exécution du cahier des charges * Lot 5 : Prestations d’entretien de la Société pour le Quartier Nord de l’EPFL (SQNE) et les Triaudes. * Lot 6 : Prestations d’entretien des plantes d’intérieur. * Lot 7 : Prestations de jardinage et d’entretien sur demande. Veuillez consulter la description des lots au chapitre 3.5.1 du cahier des charges. Ce lot a pour objet les prestations d’entretien des toitures et bacs végétalisés. Les soumissionnaires devront assumer les tâches suivantes : · Arrachage des néophytes · Fauche · Désherbage et élimination des indésirables · Arrachage des pousses ligneuses sur les toitures · Dégagement des éléments architecturaux · Entretien des zones arbustives (taille, fauche et désherbage) · Entretien des massifs de vivaces et couvre-sol Une attention particulière devra être portée aux accès et à l’évacuation des matériaux.
