L’EPFL souhaite trouver un partenaire préférentiel pour l’approvisionner en papier d’impression pour les quatre prochaines années, voire prolongation d’une année supplémentaire. Il ne s’agit pas d’un achat ponctuel, mais d’un marché visant à couvrir des prestations récurrentes sur plusieurs années. À cette fin, l’EPFL entend conclure un contrat-cadre avec une entreprise adjudicataire. Le marché porte sur six types de papiers énumérés ci-après. Les soumissionnaires doivent être en mesure de proposer l’intégralité des papiers demandés, les offres partielles ne sont pas autorisées. Les 6 types de papiers sont : Papier « satiné » : Ce papier doit répondre à la norme d’archivage ISO 9706 et/ou DIN6738 (vieillissement du papier). Papier recyclé blanc / non couché : Ce papier doit répondre à la norme d’archivage ISO 9706 et/ou DIN 6738 (vieillissement du papier). Papier recyclé classique / gris / non couché Papier couleur crème - nature / non couché Papier volumineux de qualité / non couché Papier couché mi-mat / couché Tous ces papiers doivent pouvoir être livrés soit enramés soit en carton, soit en vrac. Unité de transport est incluse (palette, rack, etc.). Veuillez consulter le cahier des charges pour plus de renseignement.
