The tender covers electrical installation works for the extension and change of use of the Breitenbach care home. Existing electrical systems will be adapted to the new building and operational requirements and supplemented with new installations. The scope includes high and low voltage installations, cable and routing works, distribution boards, lighting installations and all necessary connection, adaptation and extension works on existing systems. Works take place partly in the existing building and during ongoing operation of the care home, requiring careful preparation, close coordination with the site management and other planners, and uninterrupted operation. Existing installations must be inspected on site before works begin, and switchovers and shutdowns must be agreed early with the site management and operator. All works must comply with current laws, standards and recognised technical rules.
