Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Holzelementbauarbeiten im Rahmen der Erweiterung und Umnutzung des Alterszentrums Breitenbach. Der Auftrag umfasst im Wesentlichen die Werk- und Detailplanung, Vorfertigung, Lieferung und Montage der Holzelementkonstruktionen. Dazu gehören insbesondere Wand-, Decken- und Dachelemente, Trag- und Unterkonstruktionen, Dämmungen und Beplankungen sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Verbindungen, Befestigungen und Anschlüsse an bestehende und neue Bauteile. Ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrags sind die erforderlichen Transport-, Hebe- und Montagearbeiten sowie sämtliche notwendigen Nebenleistungen für eine vollständige und fachgerechte Ausführung. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Rahmen einer Erweiterung des bestehenden Alterszentrums und teilweise in unmittelbarer Nähe zum laufenden Pflegebetrieb. Die Ausführung und Montage sind entsprechend mit der Bauleitung und den übrigen Gewerken zu koordinieren. Der detaillierte Leistungsumfang ist den Submissionsunterlagen, dem Leistungsverzeichnis sowie den zugehörigen Planunterlagen zu entnehmen.
