Die Leistungen umfassen sowohl Arbeiten am Neubau als auch Anpassungen und Eingriffe im bestehenden Bauwerk. Dabei sind die erhöhten Anforderungen an die Ausführung im Bestandsbereich sowie die Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs zu berücksichtigen.
