Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Baumeisterarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der geplanten Erweiterung und dem Umbau des bestehenden Alterszentrums Breitenbach. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche für die Realisierung des Rohbaus erforderlichen Baumeisterarbeiten. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Baustelleneinrichtung, erforderliche Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten, Erd- und Aushubarbeiten, Kanalisations- und Entwässerungsarbeiten, Fundationen, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten, Schalungs- und Bewehrungsarbeiten, Mauerwerksarbeiten sowie ergänzende Arbeiten am bestehenden Gebäude. Weiter sind die erforderlichen Durchbrüche, Aussparungen, Schlitze, Kernbohrungen und Anpassungsarbeiten im Bestand sowie das fachgerechte Schliessen von Öffnungen und Aussparungen Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen. Ebenfalls enthalten sind sämtliche notwendigen Nebenarbeiten, Transporte, Materialumschläge und Koordinationsleistungen gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Auftrags sind die Anschlüsse zwischen dem bestehenden Gebäude und der Erweiterung. Die Arbeiten sind entsprechend den Projekt- und Ausführungsunterlagen sowie den geltenden Normen, Vorschriften und behördlichen Vorgaben auszuführen. Da das Alterszentrum während der Bauzeit weiterhin betrieben wird, sind die Arbeiten etappenweise und unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des laufenden Betriebs auszuführen. Zugänge, Flucht- und Rettungswege sowie die betrieblich notwendigen Erschliessungen sind jederzeit gemäss Bauablauf und Vorgaben der Bauleitung sicherzustellen. Die Ausführung erfordert eine enge terminliche und technische Koordination mit der Bauleitung sowie mit den übrigen am Bau beteiligten Unternehmern. Die Arbeiten sind gemäss Bauprogramm, Leistungsverzeichnis und den weiteren Bestandteilen der Ausschreibungsunterlagen auszuführen.
