Juices

The contracting authority is procuring the supply of juices. Goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. The supplier must comply with Ukrainian food safety legislation, hold registered facilities or operating permits where required, and provide copies of permits with each delivery. Deliveries are made on the basis of the buyer's orders by quantity and assortment, according to a delivery schedule, excluding weekends and holidays, until 31 December 2026. The delivery place is set out in Annex 2 of the draft contract. Each batch must be accompanied by quality and safety documents, transported in suitably equipped sanitary vehicles, and defective goods must be replaced within one day at the supplier's cost.
