Predmetom zákazky je stavba nasledovných stavebných súborov: Národné centrum vodných športov, oddychu a športovej histórie 1 (Nábrežná promenáda, Múzeum športových hrdinov) ktorý sa skladá z nasledujúcich stavieb: ST 01 Nábrežná promenáda, ST 02 Múzeum športových hrdinov, ST 11 Úprava pláže, ST 12 Komunikácie a parkoviská, ST 13 Areálový vodovod, ST 14 Areálová kanalizácia, ST 15 El. Zariadenie. Súbor sa nachádza na vodnej nádrži Veľká Domaša v zátoke Dobrá k.ú. Kvakovce. Existujúce objekty, spevnené plochy, cesty, nadzemné aj podzemné objekty technickej infraštruktúry na parcelách budú rekonštruované, zbúrané resp. preložené
