Predmetom zákazky je dodanie tovaru vrátane montáže pre Typizované prístavisko pre vodné športy a rekreáciu Obec Kvakovce podľa dokumentácie plávajúceho zariadenia, ktorá je v prílohe č. 5 týchto Súťažných podkladov. Vybudovanie 17 typizovaných plávajúcich prístavísk v rekreačnej lokalite R.O. Dobrá a nádrž Malá Domaša. Prístaviská budú umiestnené v nasledovných lokalitách: Obec Kvakovce - rekreačná oblasť Domaša Dobrá: 1. Pláž „Priehradný múr“; 2. Pláž „Zelená lagúna“; 3. Pláž „Surfistická“; 4. Pláž „Mládežnícka“; 5. Pláž „Košická“; 6. Pláž „Nová“; 7. Pláž „Palisády“; 8. Pláž „Slávičia“; 9. Pláž „Nábrežná“; 10. Pláž „Letná“; 11. Pláž „Námornícka“; 12. Pláž „Športová“; 13. Pláž „Krásna zátoka“; 14. Pláž „Trepecká zátoka“; 15. Pláž „Padlých bojovníkov“ Obec Malá Domaša - oddychová zóna pri vyrovnávacej nádrži Malá Domaša: 1. Ostrov 2. Malá Domaša. Jedno prístavisko má dĺžku približne 19,5 až 20 m, šírku 4,5 až 5 m, kovovú lávku 5 x 1,5 m, nerezový rebrík, solárne obrysové osvetlenie, rohatinky a reťazové kotvenie o breh a dno. Plaváky sú navrhnuté z polyetylénu, s UV odolnosťou, protišmykovou úpravou a mrazuvzdornosťou. Konkrétnym validovateľným benefitom bude vznik približne 1 530 m² novej plávajúcej verejnej infraštruktúry. Verejný obstarávateľ zabezpečí verejne dostupné miesto pri brehu vodnej nádrže Domaša, kde dodávateľ zmontuje pontóny do samostatných celkov - typizovaných prístavísk. Umiestnenie pontónov na presné miesto nie je predmetom dodávky, zabezpečí si to verejný obstarávateľ na vlastné náklady. Pontóny prevezme verejný obstarávateľ na mieste, ktoré vopred určí pri brehu vodnej nádrže a kde ich dodávateľ zmontuje do samostatných celkov - typizovaných prístavísk.
