Predmetom zákazky je dodávka, odber a distribúcia elektrickej energie pre Mesto Martin - združená dodávka elektriny, odber prebytkov zo zariadení na výrobu elektriny, zabezpečenie distribúcie elektriny a prevzatie zodpovednosti za odchýlku zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „Zákon o energetike“), zákona č. 250/2012 Z. z. o regulácii v sieťových odvetviach a ďalšími všeobecne záväznými právnymi predpismi vzťahujúcimi sa na oblasť elektroenergetiky (ďalej spolu len „Energetické predpisy“), a to k odberným miestam, ktoré sú uvedené v Prílohe č. 1 súťažných podkladov. Dodávka elektrickej energie musí zodpovedať technickým podmienkam a prevádzkovému poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete a musí byť v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi SR (zákon č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike, vyhláška ÚRSO č. 24/2013 v znení neskorších predpisov a nariadenie vlády č. 317/2007 v znení neskorších predpisov). Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v Prílohu č. 1 súťažných podkladov, v Prílohe č. 2 súťažných podkladov - Návrh zmluvných podmienok a v Prílohe č. 3 súťažných podkladov.
