Predmetom zákazky je nákup a dodanie elektriny pre merané vybrané odberné miesta (ďalej len „OM“) vrátane zabezpečenia jej distribúcie a prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov SR, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete (ďalej len „PDS“) pre zmluvné obdobie od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2027 s opciou na rok 2028 za každé OM. Miesto dodania predmetu zákazky je každé príslušné OM uvedené v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky týchto súťažných podkladov.
