Description

Predmet javnega naročila je nadgradnja izgrajenega informacijskega sistema (modul) za podporo zajema podatkov, izračun predpisanih vrednosti ter agregacija podatkov in pripravo ustrezne oblike datotek za intervencije programa razvoja podeželja, ki se pošiljajo v predpisani obliki v portal, ki ga je v ta namen pripravila Evropska komisija. Informacijska podpora mora zagotavljati zajem podatkov iz že obstoječih informacjskih sistemov ARSKTRP. Pri tem se zajemajo tako numerični kot grafični podatki. Izračun zahtevanih vrednosti se izvaja v skladu s Prilogo IV Uredbe (EU) 2022/1475 in smernicami Guidelines for disaggregated data on interventions and beneficiaries. Informacijska podpora mora biti skladna s tehničnimi zahtevami državnega računalniškega oblaka (DRO) na katerem je informacijski sistem tudi nameščen in kjer bo nameščen tudi modul za zajema podatkov, izračun predpisanih vrednosti, ter agregacija podatkov za intervencije programa razvoja podeželja. Informacijska podpora, vključno z nadgradnjo modula, (ki je predmet javnega naročila) za spremljanje strateškega načrta, se mora integracijsko povezovati za potrebe pridobivanja podatkov z ostalimi informacijskimi sistemi, ki jih ima agencija nameščene na DRO in ostalimi dostopnimi in zahtevanimi viri. Dokončne specifikacije za definiranje podatkovnega toka za modul, ki bo omogočal zajema Del dededepodatkov, izračun predpisanih vrednosti ter agregacija podatkov za intervencije programa razvoja podeželja, se bodo pripravljale vzporedno s dostopnimi končnimi smernicami s strani evropske komisije. Rok za izgradnjo informacijske podpore je skladen z zahtevami poročanja, ki jih predpisuje Evropska komisija in je 30.10.2025.
