Description

Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje programa učenja slovenskega jezika in seznanjanja s slovensko zgodovino, kulturo in ustavno ureditvijo v obliki enotnega programa Začetna integracija priseljencev (v nadaljevanju ZIP oz. program), kateri se izvaja skladno z Uredbo o zagotavljanju pomoči pri vključevanju tujcev, ki niso državljani Evropske unije (Uradni list RS, št. 47/24). Program se izvaja na podlagi javno veljavnega izobraževalnega programa za odrasle: Začetna integracija priseljencev (ZIP), in sicer v obsegu, kot je določen v uredbi. Izvajalci morajo biti vpisani v Razvid izvajalcev javno veljavnih programov vzgoje in izobraževanja, ki ga vodi Ministrstvo za izobraževanje, znanost in mladino (ministrstvo pristojno za predmetno področje), imeti morajo odločbo za izvajanje programa ZIP. Program ZIP v Ljubljani, Domžalah, Grosupljem, Vrhniki in Kamniku; Program ZIP v Mariboru, Ptuju, Murski Soboti in Slovenski Bistrici; Program ZIP v Celju, Zagorju, Trbovljah in Slovenskih Konjicah; Program ZIP v Kranju, Jesenicah, Škofji Loki, Radovljici, Tržiču in na Bledu; Program ZIP v Kopru, Izoli, Piranu, Ilirski Bistrici in Sežani; Program ZIP v Šoštanju, Velenju in Žalcu; Program ZIP na Ravnah na Koroškem, v Radljah ob Dravi in v Slovenj Gradcu; Program ZIP v Novi Gorici, Ajdovščini, Postojni, Idriji in Tolminu; Program ZIP v Novem mestu, Trebnjem in Kočevju; Program ZIP v Krškem, Brežicah in Sevnici
