Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij - tehničnega dela dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila (v nadaljevanju: tehnični del/zaprti del), ki jo zainteresirani ponudniki pridobijo po pravilih dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Dvig zaprtega dela dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila je pogoj za oddajo ponudbe.
