Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba zaščite gradbene jame za izgradnjo objekta »Fakulteta za vede o zdravju« dimenzij približno 98,15 m × 35,65 m. Predvideno je temeljenje objekta na temeljni plošči znotraj gradbene jame. Izkop temeljne jame je predviden do globine približno 13,5 m, merjeno od obstoječe površine terena. Glede na specifično geološko sestavo terena in lego objekta v naseljenem območju, klasična metoda izkopa brez ustreznega zavarovanja ni izvedljiva. Upoštevajoč razmere na terenu in geomehanske pogoje, je bila kot rešitev sprejeta kombinacija zaščite z betonskimi piloti in torkretom z uporabo sider. Gradnja se izvaja po pogodbenih določilih FIDIC (Rdeča knjiga).
