Predmet javnega naročila je izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture Hrastje, Veliki hrib in Gorenja Sava-Rakovica, z upoštevanjem okoljskih vidikov. Predmetno javno naročilo je razdeljeno na tri (3) sklope: Sklop št. 1 Izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture Hrastje Sklop št. 2 Izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture Veliki hrib Sklop št. 3 Komunalna ureditev na odseku Gorenja Sava - Rakovica Predmet javnega naročila v sklopu št. 1 vključuje celovito komunalno ureditev naselja Hrastje, v okviru katere se izgradi novo fekalno kanalizacijsko omrežje v skupni dolžini 8.011 m, ki obsega 6.156 m gravitacijskega voda, 1.855 m tlačnega voda ter 1 fekalno črpališče. Hkrati z izgradnjo fekalne kanalizacije se izvede obnova vodovoda, izvedba meteorne kanalizacije za odvodnjavanje padavinskih voda iz cestišča ter obnova cest. Obnova javne razsvetljave ni predmet tega javnega naročila. Odpadne vode se bodo preko tlačnega voda in navezave na fekalno kanalizacijo naselja Čirče in nanj vezane Savske ceste odvajale na Centralno čistilno napravo Kranj. Namen posega je izvedba primarnih, sekundarnih in nižje kategoriziranih kanalov, ki bodo končnim uporabnikom zagotavljali možnost priključitve na javno fekalno kanalizacijo.; Predmet javnega naročila v sklopu št. 2 vključuje komunalno ureditev območja Veliki hrib v Kranju, v okviru katere se izgradi novo fekalno kanalizacijsko omrežje v skupni dolžini 1.197 m, ki obsega 1.099 m fekalnega gravitacijskega kanala, 98 m tlačnega voda ter 1 fekalno črpališče. Hkrati z izgradnjo fekalne kanalizacije projekt obsega obnovo vodovoda, izgradnjo nove meteorne kanalizacije za odvodnjavanje padavinskih voda iz cestišča (s sistemom globokih ponikovalnih vrtin zaradi slabo prepustnih tal), obnova javne razsvetljave ter obnovo cest. Odpadne komunalne vode se bodo preko navezave na obstoječi mešani sistem odvajale na Centralno čistilno napravo Kranj in uporabnikom zagotavljale zanesljivo možnost priključitve.; Predmet javnega naročila v sklopu št. 3 vključuje komunalno in prometno ureditev zahodnega dela občine, pri čemer naročilo zaradi faznosti gradnje obsega izključno izvedbo Faze 1 in Faze 2a (brez faze 2b), investicija pa se izvaja le na območju Gorenje Save in Rakovice. V okviru teh dveh faz se izgradi novo fekalno kanalizacijsko omrežje v skupni dolžini 2.768,50 m, ki obsega 1.919 m fekalnega gravitacijskega kanala, 849,50 m tlačnega voda ter 1 fekalno črpališče. Vzporedno s fekalno kanalizacijo se izvede obnova vodovoda, obnova meteorne kanalizacije za odvodnjavanje cestišča, obnova javne razsvetljave ter celovita ureditev cest, pločnikov in kolesarskih stez znotraj varovalnega pasu. Odpadne vode se bodo gravitacijsko in tlačno odvajale na Centralno čistilno napravo Kranj.
