Description

Mit der WTO-Ausschreibung (26016) 104 DAI Data & AI werden im offenen Verfahren IT-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Daten und KI im Umfang von CHF 57 Mio. beschafft. In den zwei Losen sind Mehrfachzuschläge mit je 7 Zuschlagsempfängern vorgesehen. Das Beschaffungsvolumen steht der Bundesverwaltung für Abrufe zur Verfügung. Los 1 umfasst bedarfsorientierte Beratungs-, Konzeptions-, Implementierungs- und Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen in den Disziplinen Datengouvernanz, Datenmanagement (insb. Interoperabilität, Harmonisierung/Standardisierung, Datenqualität, Metadaten-/Kataloge, Open Government Data), Datenarchitektur. Durch den Rahmenvertrag sollen Verwaltungseinheiten unterstützt werden in der Umsetzung der künftigen Teilstrategie «Daten» der Bundesverwaltung. Umfang: CHF 34 Mio.; Los 2 umfasst bedarfsorientierte Beratungs-, Konzeptions-, Implementierungs- und Betriebsunterstützungsleistungen in den Disziplinen KI-Entwicklung & Datenanalyse, KI-Prozessintegration & Assistenzsysteme sowie KI-Strategie und KI-Governance. Durch den Rahmenvertrag sollen Verwaltungseinheiten unterstützt werden in der Umsetzung der Teilstrategie «Einsatz von KI-Systemen in der Bundesverwaltung» sowie den dazugehörigen Umsetzungsmassnahmen. Umfang: CHF 23 Mio.
