Die AGV beabsichtigt, die heutige Fachapplikation F+ESPA durch ein neues Kernsystem Prävention NG abzulösen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist eine moderne, webbasierte, wartbare und erweiterbare Fachapplikation zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsprozesse in den Bereichen Brandschutzbewilligungen, Brandschutzkontrollen, Elementarschadenprävention, Beratungen und Beiträge. Die Lösung muss die bestehende Funktionalität soweit erforderlich übernehmen und um zusätzliche Funktionalitäten, Schnittstellen, Auswertungsmöglichkeiten sowie mobile und teilweise offlinefähige Arbeitsprozesse erweitern. Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Detailkonzeption, Realisierung, Einführung, Datenmigration, Testing, Schulung, den Betrieb der Lösung während der Vertragslaufzeit sowie Wartung und Support des neuen Kernsystems Prävention NG. Die konkreten funktionalen, technischen, betrieblichen und organisatorischen Anforderungen sind in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen, insbesondere im technischen Anforderungskatalog und im Angebotsformular, festgelegt.
