Description

Die DMA betreiben mehrere spezialisierte Medienplattformen, die in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern entwickelt wurden. Diese Medienplattformen dienen als digitale Distributions- und Informationsräume. Sie stellen Organisationseinheiten der Bundesverwaltung sowie der interessierten Öffentlichkeit vielfältige Inhalte zur Verfügung - darunter Fotos, Videos, Grafiken, 3D-Objekte sowie Informationen zu Veranstaltungen, Prozessen und Projekten. Da der bestehende Vertrag mit der aktuellen Lieferantin per Ende 2026 ausläuft, soll im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung erneut eine geeignete Lieferantin gefunden werden. Ziel ist es, den kontinuierlichen Betrieb, den technischen Support, die Softwarepflege, Wartung sowie die Weiterentwicklung - und bei Bedarf auch die vollständige Neuentwicklung - der folgenden Medienplattformen der DMA sicherzustellen: * Anwendung "Mediathek VBS" (www.mediathek.admin.ch <https://www.mediathek.admin.ch>) * Webapplication «DigiMedia» für 3D und 2D Objekte * Webapplikation LogVision (www.log-vision.ch <http://www.log-vision.ch/>) * Webapplikation Militärsport (www.mil-sport.ch <http://www.mil-sport.ch/>) Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen (teilweise mit werkvertraglichem Charakter) für den Support, die Softwarepflege, Wartung, Weiterentwicklung und Neuentwicklung von Webplattformen der DMA. Benötigt werden dafür die nachfolgenden Rollen/Funktionen: Grundauftrag: * DL SW-Development & Systemarchitektur (GA): 684 Std. * DL IT-Projektleitung (GA): 171 Std. * DL Design / Layout (GA): 171 Std. * DL SW-Testing (GA): 172 Std. * Grundbereitschaft, d.h. kontinuierlicher Support, Softwarepflege, technische Wartung (GA): 41 Std.
