Die vorliegende Submission umfasst sämtliche erforderlichen Arbeiten und Lieferungen für die Erstellung, Anpassung und Ergänzung der Heizungsanlagen im Rahmen der Erweiterung und des Umbaus des Alterszentrums Breitenbach. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind vollständig und fachgerecht gemäss den vorliegenden Plänen, Schemas, Leistungsverzeichnissen, technischen Vorgaben sowie den geltenden Normen und Vorschriften auszuführen. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet sämtliche für eine vollständige und betriebsbereite Heizungsanlage erforderlichen Lieferungen, Montagen, Leitungen, Armaturen, Befestigungen, Dämmungen, Anschlüsse, Nebenarbeiten, Prüfungen, Spülungen, Entlüftungen, hydraulischen Abgleiche und Inbetriebnahmen, soweit diese dem Gewerk BKP 240 zuzuordnen sind. Bestehende Heizungsanlagen und Installationen sind vor Beginn der Arbeiten vor Ort zu überprüfen. Anschlusspunkte, Leitungsführungen, Durchbrüche sowie Schnittstellen zu anderen Gewerken sind frühzeitig mit der Bauleitung und den beteiligten Fachplanern und Unternehmern zu koordinieren. Besondere Beachtung ist dem etappenweisen Bauablauf und dem laufenden Betrieb des Alterszentrums zu schenken. Die Wärmeversorgung der weiterhin genutzten Gebäudeteile ist während der Bauzeit soweit erforderlich sicherzustellen. Notwendige Unterbrüche oder Ausserbetriebnahmen bestehender Anlagen sind frühzeitig anzumelden und dürfen ausschliesslich nach vorgängiger Absprache und Freigabe erfolgen. Sämtliche für eine fachgerechte, vollständige und betriebsbereite Ausführung notwendigen Leistungen und Nebenarbeiten sind bei der Angebotserstellung zu berücksichtigen.
