Die SBB AG, BLS Netz AG und der TPF Infra SA (nachfolgend zusammen «ISB» genannt) führen für die Beschaffung von Gleisbaumaschinenleistungen im Einklang mit dem Beschaffungsrecht eine Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren durch. Diese Ausschreibung dient der Auftragsvergabe für die Leistungserbringung für die Erbringung der Dienstleistung Materialhandling auf Fahrbahn-Erneuerungsbaustellen mittels Durchlauffördersystemen (DFS). Diese Dienstleistung beinhaltet im wesentlichen; die Übernahme Neumaterial ab Zwischendepot, Abgabe Neumaterial an Gleisbaumaschinen, Übernahme des Aushubes von Gleisbaumaschinen, Abgabe von Aushub auf Entsorgungswagen oder Zwischendepot mittels DFS auf Fahrbahn-Erneuerungsbaustellen der ISB. Der Abschluss erfolgt in Form von einem oder mehreren Verträgen, für die Kapazität von bis zu 120`000 t. pro Jahr, für die Dauer von 4 Jahren mit Option auf Verlängerung um 1-mal ein Jahr. Vertragsstart ist der 1.1.2028. Die ISB stellen hohe Anforderungen an die Sicherheit, die Qualität und die Zuverlässigkeit.
