Description

Diese Ausschreibung betrifft die Umweltbegleitung und -planung im Rahmen der Sanierung und Renovation von zwei Höchstspannungsleitungen (220 kV) des Übertragungsnetzes von Swissgrid: die Leitung TR 1580 Chamoson - Mühleberg (unterteilt in die Abschnitte 1580a und 1580b) sowie die Leitung TR 1670 Riddes - Saint-Bernard. Das vorrangige Ziel dieses Auftrags im Bereich Umwelt und Forstwirtschaft ist es, die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und die strikte Beachtung der Umweltstandards bei den Sanierungsarbeiten an diesen Infrastrukturen zu gewährleisten. Die Umweltstudien, die Gegenstand des vorliegenden Auftrags sind, sollen es ermöglichen, die von den Planern der Bereiche Leitungsbau und Tiefbau geforderten Massnahmen (Erneuerung der Kabel, Sanierung der Fundamente, Einrichtung von Zufahrten und Abzugsplätzen, Holzfällarbeiten) zu bewerten, zu definieren und deren Durchführung zu begleiten. Der Auftrag des Planers gliedert sich in drei sich ergänzende Tätigkeitsbereiche: • die Erstellung der Umweltverträglichkeitserklärung (NIE) und die Abwicklung von Anträgen auf Sondergenehmigungen (insbesondere für Rodungen) in der Phase SIA 32; • die Umweltbaubegleitung (UBB) während der Ausschreibungs-, Vorbereitungs- und Ausführungsphase der Arbeiten (SIA 41 bis 53); • die bodenkundliche Baustellenbegleitung (BBB) während der Ausschreibungs-, Vorbereitungs- und Ausführungsphase der Arbeiten (SIA 41 bis 53). Der Grundauftrag beinhaltet die Planerleistungen über die SIA-Phasen 32-33. Die SIA-Phasen 41-53 sind ebenfalls Bestandteil dieses Auftrages, werden jedoch als Option vergeben. Das gesamte Projekt muss mittels der BIM-Methodik gemäss C100 geplant und umgesetzt werden. Siehe übergeordnete Auftragsbeschreibung.
