Beschafft wird eine neue Medienmonitoring-Webplattform, welche grob umschrieben die Beobachtung und Analyse von Medieninhalten über alle relevanten Kanäle sicherstellt. Dies beinhaltet die tägliche Lieferung bzw. Echtzeit-Monitoring von Medieninhalten aus folgenden Kanälen: * Printmedien (Zeitungen, Magazine) * Online-Medien (Nachrichten-Websites, Blogs) * Soziale Medien (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) * Broadcast-Medien (Radio, TV - kurz RTV) aus dem In- und Ausland, den reibungslosen Betrieb der Plattform im SaaS-Modell, die Möglichkeit zur Recherche, sowie die Erstellung von Medienspiegeln und Newslettern.
