Die Abteilung Naturgefahren der Dienststelle Verkehr und Infrastruktur setzt sich für den Schutz vor Naturgefahren im Kanton Luzern ein. Sie fördert und realisiert Massnahmen, um die Risiken durch Hochwasser, Murgänge, Rutschungen, Steinschlag und Lawinen auf ein angemessenes Mass zu reduzieren. Wo erforderlich, werden hierfür geeignete Schutzbauwerke geplant und realisiert.  Um den Bestand, den Zustand und die Wirksamkeit dieser Schutzbauwerke langfristig zu sichern, betreibt die Abteilung Naturgefahren einen Schutzbautenkataster als lokale Geodatenbank. Darin sind aktuell rund 40'000 Objekte gemäss kantonalem Datenmodell erfasst.  Die bestehenden Daten sollen in eine moderne und sichere Fachanwendung überführt werden. Zu diesem Zweck beabsichtigt die Auftraggeberin, eine etablierte Standardsoftware inklusive Wartung und Support für fünf Jahre zu beschaffen. Der Lieferant übernimmt dabei nicht nur die Realisierung und Einführung der Applikation in der Organisation der Auftraggeberin, sondern unterstützt diese auch mit seiner bisherigen Erfahrung und bewährten Best Practices beratend.  Hinweis: Die Ausschreibungsunterlagen sind vertraulich.
