Zusammenfassung: Die vorliegende Submission beinhaltet Ingenieurleistungen gemäss SIA 103, Phasen 31 bis 33 in der Disziplin Wasserbau, d. h. Hochwasserschutz und Revitalisierung an der Rot und am Soppistigbach in der Gemeinde Buttisholz, Kanton Luzern. Hintergrund: Im Jahr 2016 wurde mit der Ausarbeitung eines Hochwasserschutzprojektes begonnen, das die bestehende Kantonsstrassenbrücke über die Rot ersetzen sollte. Im Zuge der Projektausarbeitung wurde der Nutzen einer Erweiterung des Projektperimeters erkannt und mit dem hochwassersicheren Ausbau und der ökologischen Aufwertung von Rot und Soppistigbach weitere Ziel definiert. Inzwischen liegt der Entwurf eines Vorprojekts vor, der jedoch ein ungünstiges Nutzen-Kosten-Verhältnis aufweist und noch mehrerer Anpassungen bedarf. Aufgabe: Anhand der vorhandenen Grundlagen gilt es, zuerst nochmal ein Variantenstudium in der Phase Vorprojekt durchzuführen. Nach der Fertigstellung des Vorprojekts sind Bau- und Auflageprojekt zu erarbeiten. Das Gesamtprojekt ist hierbei in zwei Teilprojekte gegliedert - eines für Wasserbau und eines für Brückenbau. Mit dem vorliegenden Vergabeverfahren werden nur die Planungsarbeiten für das Teilprojekt Wasserbau vergeben. Sobald die Rahmenbedingungen für den Brückenbau definiert werden können, wird das Teilprojekt Brückenbau in einem separaten Verfahren vergeben.
