Description

Im Dezember 2024 hat der ZVV die Corporate Website zvv.ch vom On-Premise-Betrieb in die Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) Umgebung migriert. Nach einem Jahr Einführungszeit und Optimierung wurde eine stabile Betriebssituation erreicht. Die künftigen Kosten für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der AEMaaCS-Lösung überschreiten mutmasslich den Schwellenwert für eine Vergabe ohne eine öffentliche Ausschreibung, weshalb vorliegend ein entsprechendes Verfahren durchgeführt wird. Der Auftrag wird initial für das erste und zweite Vertragsjahr (01.12.2026-30.11.2028) ausgeschrieben, mit einseitiger Option des ZVV auf Verlängerung der in den vorliegenden Ausschreibungsunterlagen umschriebenen Arbeiten um zwei weitere Jahre, d.h. für das dritte und vierte Vertragsjahr (01.12.2028-30.11.2030), jeweils vorbehaltlich Budgetfreigabe und positiver Leistungsbeurteilung.
