Refurbishment of suspended ceilings in lecture halls

The contract covers the replacement of existing heating and cooling ceilings in several stepped lecture halls and a meeting room at a university of applied sciences. The lecture halls concerned are HS 012-013, HS 054-056, HS 110 and the Audimax on the ground and first floors, plus meeting room 301 on the third floor. Work is planned in two phases, each during the summer holidays: around 544 m2 in summer 2022 and around 540 m2 in summer 2023. Each phase includes protecting floors and furniture, erecting scaffolding, demolishing the old ceilings, electrical and plumbing installation, painting, fitting the new ceilings, dismantling, cleaning and handover for teaching on 2 October.
