FHS-AD / Renovation of suspended ceilings in lecture halls

The works involve replacing the existing heating and cooling ceilings in the following suspended lecture halls: HS 012-013, 054-056, HS 110 and the Audimax, all on the ground floor and first floor, plus meeting room 301 on the third floor. The work is planned in two construction phases: summer holidays 2022 (about 544 m2) and summer holidays 2023 (about 540 m2). Each phase includes covering and protecting floors and furniture, erecting scaffolding, demolishing the existing ceilings, disassembly and reinstallation of electrical and HVAC services with some painting, installing the new heating and cooling ceilings, fine installation of services, dismantling the scaffolding, remaining painting, removal of protective covers, cleaning and recommissioning with classes resuming on 2 October. At least three companies will be invited to bid; the five cheapest bids will be examined and invited to clarification talks.
