Renovation of suspended ceilings in lecture halls

The works involve replacing the existing heating and cooling ceilings in several stepped lecture halls: HS 012-013, 054-056, HS 110 and the Audimax on the ground and first floors, plus meeting room 301 on the third floor. Work is planned in two phases during the summer holidays: 2022 (about 544 m2) and 2023 (about 540 m2). Each phase covers protection of floors and furniture, scaffolding, demolition of the old ceilings, dismantling and reinstallation by electrical and HVAC trades, some painting, installation of the new ceilings, finishing works, scaffolding removal, cleaning and reopening by 2 October. At least three firms are invited to bid, the first five respondents receive the documents, and the five cheapest offers are examined and invited to clarification talks.
