Description

Tarjouspyyntö koskee Vihdin kunnan omistamien kiinteistöjen (esim. koulut, päiväkodit, terveysasema ja kirjasto), sekä hallinnassa ja vastuulla olevien kiinteistöjen ja toimitilojen otsikossa mainittuja vuosikorjaustöitä laskutustyönä tuntiveloitusperiaatteella tai kiinteällä kokonaishinnalla 1.11.2026-30.10.2028. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden optiolla kerrallaan (1+1 vuotta) 2029 ja 2030. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo 5 400 000 € koskee koko puitejärjestelyä ja sopimuskumppaneita. Urakoitsijoilta vaaditaan kohdekohtaiset rakennus- ja takuuajan vakuudet (> 25 000,00 € kohteet). Työt tehdään rakennusurakan yleisten sopimusehtojen YSE 1998, sekä hankekohtaisten urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hankintaan sisältyy optiomahdollisuus, joka oikeuttaa Vihdin kunnan tytäryhtiöitä Vihdin Toimitilat Oy ja Nummelanharjun Energia Oy liittymään puitejärjestelyyn. Liittymisen ehdot on kuvattu puitesopimusluonnoksessa. Hankintaan valitaan 4-5 sopimuskumppania. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen: 1. Kiinteistöjen sähkötekniset perustyöt 2. Heikkovirtatyöt 3. Paloilmoitin-, palovaroitin-, turvavalaistus- ja savunpoistoon liittyvät työt, Kiinteistöjen sähkötekniset perustyöt Osa-alue kattaa muun muassa kiinteistöjen yleiset sähköasennukset, valaisin- ja pistorasiamuutokset, vikakorjaukset, sähkökeskusten pienet muutostyöt sekä muut sähkötekniset toimeksiannot, jotka eivät vaadi erikoisjärjestelmäosaamista. Osa- alueeseen sisältyy myös laajempia valaistuksen uusintatöitä, jotka toteutetaan pääasiallisesti koulujen ja päiväkotien lomakausien aikana., Heikkovirtatyöt Osa-alue sisältää yleiskaapelointi- ja äänentoistojärjestelmien asennustyöt, huollot ja korjaukset sekä yleiset heikkovirtatyöt. Osa- alue ei sisällä rakennusautomaatiotöitä ja -asennuksia., Paloilmoitin-, palovaroitin-, turvavalaistus- ja savunpoistoon liittyvät työt Osa-alue sisältää savunpoisto- ja paloilmoitinjärjestelmien sekä turvavalaistusjärjestelmien huollot, testaukset, korjaukset ja vikatyöt.,
