Description

Hanke käsittää eläinlääkäritilojen muutostyöt. Kohderakennus on vuonna 1990 rakennettu päiväkotirakennus, joka on rakennettu yhteen kerrokseen. Kiinteistö on puurunkoinen pienelementtirakenteinen rakennus. Eläinlääkäritilojen muutostyöt kohdistuvat osaan koko rakennuksen pinta-alasta. Muutos ja korjaustöiden laajuus määritellään tarkemmin urakka-asiakirjoissa. Uudet talotekniset järjestelmät tulevat palvelemaan pääsääntöisesti vain eläinlääkäritilojen muutosaluetta. Korjattavia/muutettavia toimenpiteitä on hankkeessa myös sisätilojen ulkopuolella. Tuleviin eläinlääkäritiloihin on ennen tätä hankintaa tehty purkutoimenpiteitä. Tämän takia on ehdottoman tärkeää tarjoajan tutustua urakka-alueeseen, ennen tarjouksen jättämistä. Eläinlääkäritilojen muutostyö hanke toteutetaan jaettuna urakkana. Rakennusurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja päätoteuttajana, sivu-urakat ( PU (putkiurakka), IV (ilmanvaihtourakka), SU (sähköurakka)) alistetaan pääurakkaan.
