1. Obiectul contractului il reprezinta furnizarea a 2 (doua) bucati Buldoexcavator în leasing financiar. 2. Durata contractului: 32 luni din care 24 luni pentru finanțare. 3. Durata contractului include perioada de la semnarea contractului până la efectuarea comenzii şi plata avansului, perioada de livrare, perioada de leasing pentru 24 de luni, perioada necesară transferului de proprietate a utilajului către beneficiar. 4.Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi de la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Nr de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 15 zile. - Furnizarea de buldoexcavatoare - Servicii de leasing finaciar - Servicii de întreținere (reviziile tehnice periodice) pe perioada contractului dar nu mai mult de 3000 ore (inclusiv),
