Durata contractului include perioada de la semnarea contractului până la efectuarea comenzii şi plata avansului, perioada de livrare, perioada de leasing pentru 24 de luni, perioada necesară transferului de proprietate a utilajului către beneficiar. 4.Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi de la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Nr de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 15 zile. - Furnizarea de buldoexcavatoare - Servicii de leasing finaciar - Servicii de întreținere (reviziile tehnice periodice) pe perioada contractului dar nu mai mult de 3000 ore (inclusiv),
