Obiectul contractului constă în livrarea contității de 1700 de tone de păcură ușoară cu conținut de sulf de maxim 1%, cu caracteristicile fizico-chimice prevăzute în caietul de sarcini, la locurile de livrare Depozitul CT Gurabarza din localitatea Crișcior, strada Uzinei, nr. 1, județ Hunedoara, pentru perioada 15 ianuarie 2027 - 31 martie 2027. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 20 de zile. Achiziție publică de păcură ușoară cu conținut de sulf maxim 1% pentru perioada 15.01.2027 - 31.03.2027.
