Obiectul achiziției îl constituie furnizarea de de energie electrică activă necesară consumului instalațiilor și vehiculelor electrice ale entității contractante, aferentă unui număr de 110 locuri de consum (inclusiv serviciile reglementate de transport, de sistem şi de distribuție, precum şi orice alte tarife/contribuții ce pot fi introduse de autoritatea competentă), în calitate de client final eligibil, pentru toate locurile de consum ale entității contractante, în vederea desfăşurării în bune condiții a activității de transport public de persoane. Acord-cadru sectorial de furnizare de produse (energie electrică), încheiat pe 12 luni cu un singur operator economic, cu 2 contracte subsecvente. Termenul in care Autoritatea Contractanta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări din perioada de depunere a ofertelor este in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere, cu condiția ca Operatorii Economici sa adreseze clarificările în termenul stabilit la ''Secțiunea I Autoritatea contractanta'' sub-secțiunea "I.3) Comunicare", respectiv 18 zile înainte de data limita de depunere. Furnizare energie electrică pentru 12 luni, pentru alimentarea flotei de autobuze și microbuze electrice a S.C. TRANS BUS S.A.
