Obiectivul general al contractelor este Servicii de proiectare faza Studiu de Fezabilitate pentru obiectivele: LOT 1 1. Pod DN 7 km 522+893 judetul Arad 2. Pod DN 57B km 34+040 judetul Caras-Severin 3. Pod DN 57B km 79+951 judetul Caras-Severin 4. Pod DN 57B km 88+927 judetul Caras-Severin LOT 2 1.Pod DN 58 km 29+046 judetul Caras-Severin 2.Pod DN 58 km 45+746 judetul Caras-Severin 3.Pod DN 68 km 15+981 judetul Caras-Severin in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini si ale legislatiei in domeniu. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achiziţie publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire este cu 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractantă stabileşte un singur termen limită în care va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informaţiilor suplimentare, după cum urmează: cu 11 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de răspuns la clarificări a fost stabilit astfel încât operatorii economici să aibă o perioadă adecvată pentru analizarea documentaţiei de atribuire şi, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma răspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractantă. Prestatorul va presta următoarele servicii și va elabora următoarele documente, pentru fiecare pod în parte: • Realizarea Studiilor de Fezabilitate (SF), țînând cont de prevederile expertizei tehnice si de aplicabilitatea în totalitate a legislației în vigoare (norme, normative, standarde etc.), cu toate detaliile necesare aplicării acestora; • Întocmirea documentațiilor pentru obținerea Certificatului de Urbanism; • Întocmirea tuturor documentaţiilor necesare pentru obținerea avizelor/ acordurilor conform Certificatului de Urbanism; • Implementarea în totalitate a tuturor recomandărilor / condițiilor care reies din avizele și acordurile obținute; • Obținerea Certificatului de Urbanism și a avizelor emise de Beneficiarii rețelelor și utilităților afectate, dacă e cazul, în vederea obținerii Autorizației de Construire; • Studii de teren. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi cu respectarea articolului 20 din Contractul de servicii, eventualele modificări care pot interveni în perioada de derulare a contractului se referă la următoarele, fără a se limita la acestea: 1. modificări ale părţilor contractante, inclusiv înlocuirea contractantului cu un nou contractant în condiţiile prevăzute la art. 221 alin. (1) lit. d), punctul (ii); 2. schimbări/ modificări legislative/ normative/ STAS-uri/ norme/ ordine/ instrucțiuni/etc; 3. solicitări ale Autorităților/ Entităților/ Instituţiilor ce eliberează avize/ acorduri/ autorizații/ permise sau de alte entități care au atribuțiuni în legătură cu proiectul (MT, MFE, Instituții Centrale și/sau Locale, ARR, Beneficiar, MAI, SRI, Verificatori Atestați, etc.); 4. prelungirea termenelor de predare a rapoartelor/livrabilelor (documentelor/documentației); 5. mobilizarea slabă a personalului Prestatorului; 6. înlocuirea personalului nominalizat de Prestator pentru îndeplinirea contractului; 7. prelungirea duratei contractului 8. înlocuirea/introducerea subcontractanților; Modificările vor fi realizate ulterior semnării contractului, în conformitate cu prevederile contractuale, numai în condiţiile în care acestea nu reprezintă modificări substanţiale în sensul prevederilor art. 221 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 98/2016. Prelungirea Duratei contractului se poate realiza în conformitate cu prevederile articolului 20 din Contractul de servicii. Mai multe informaţii se regăsesc în Contract.
