Autoritatea contractanta isi propune incheierea unui contract de achizitie de servicii de paza, control acces cu agenti de paza si monitorizare video in conformitate cu Legea nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor si valorilor pentru un numar minim de 7 posturi si un numar maxim de 11 posturi la obiectivele din cadrul D.R.D.P. CRAIOVA si sediile Sectiilor de Drumuri Nationale S.D.N. 1-6: Craiova, Dr. Tr. Severin, Tg. Jiu, Rm. Valcea, Slatina si Orsova. Pentru paza D.R.D.P. CRAIOVA si sediile Sectiilor de Drumuri Nationale este necesar cate un post de paza fix cu personal calificat, 24/24 ore care va asigura paza conform planului stabilit. Paza va fi asigurata prin societate specializata autorizata conform Legii 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor si protectia persoanelor cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, republicata; HG 301/2012 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice si de aplicare a Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor si protectia persoanelor cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, republicata. Nota: A) In temeiul art. 160 alin 1 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici interesati de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica au dreptul de a solicita clarificari in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. B) Conform obligatiei prevazute la art.160 alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera tardiva.
