Contractul ce urmează a fi atribuit are ca obiectiv principal fundamentarea științifică și tehnică a intervențiilor de consolidare, restaurare și punere în valoare a Palatului Maurice Blank și elaborarea Documentației de Avizare a Lucrărilor de Intervenții. Elaborarea și verificarea tehnică a D.A.L.I. reprezintă condiția prealabilă obligatorie pentru aprobarea indicatorilor tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiții, pentru elaborarea fazelor ulterioare de proiectare (D.T.A.C. + P.T.(D.E.)) și pentru angajarea cheltuielilor aferente execuției lucrărilor. NOTA : Potrivit prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, autoritatea contractanta stabileste 1 termen - limita in care va asigura raspunsul clar si complet la solicitarile de clarificare/informatii suplimentare ale ofertantilor astfel: Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
