Achizitia serviciului presupune: - elaborarea documentaţiei tehnico-economice, faza Studiu de Fezabilitate; - elaborare studiu topografic în sistem STEREO70; - elaborare studiu geotehnic pe amplasament, verificat de verificator de proiecte atestat Af; - elaborare documentație tehnică pentru obținerea acordului de principiu de securitate la incendiu, potrivit Ordinului nr. M87/2021 pentru aprobarea Normelor de apărare împotriva incendiilor în Ministerul Apărării Naționale - elaborare studiu privind Fezabilitatea din punct de vedere tehnic, economic și al mediului înconjurător a utilizării sistemelor alternative de înaltă eficiență; - elaborare Raport de conformare NZEB; - Studiu hidrogeologic și obținere aviz INHGA, elaborare Raport de impact asupra mediului, elaborare documenție și obținere aviz Administrația Bazinală de Apă - elaborarea documentaţiilor anexe la cererile de avize/acorduri solicitate prin certificatul de urbanism, susţinerea acestora în comisiile de specialitate ale emitenţilor şi obţinerea, pe cheltuiala prestatorului, a avizelor/acordurilor solicitate prin certificatul de urbanism; Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 7 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare,autoritatea contractanta va raspunde acestor solicitari in a 4-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
