Detaliile tehnice solicitate trebuie sa fie indeplinite conform caietului de sarcini si a raspunsurilor consolodate la solicitarile de clarificari, a eventualelor clarificari din oficiu/erate, care vor fi publicate inainte de termenul limita de deschiderea ofertelor .Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 3-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor ofertelor conform OUG 107/2017 . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor 5 zile.
