Description

Pentru Furnizarea produselor " FIRE SUTURA BLOC SPITAL" -detaliile tehnice solicitate trebuie sa fie indeplinite conform Caietului de sarcini si a raspunsurilor consolidate la solicitarile de clarificari , a eventualelor clarificari din oficiu/erate, care vor fi publicate inainte de termenul limita de deschiderea al ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire - cu 7 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 5 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor la anuntul de participare. Produsele vor respecta cerintele minime din caietul de sarcini. Ofertantii vor pune la dispozitia spitalului mostre pentru fiecare produs, aferent fiecarui lot ofertat.Mostrele vor fi evaluate tehnic urmarind verificarea conformitatii cu cerintele tehnice stabilite in caietul de sarcini.Mostrele vor fi depuse/livrate pana cel tarziu la data si ora deschiderii ofertelor, la registratura spitalului (str. Simion Barnutiu nr 67,Zalau,jud.Salaj) conform HG395/2016, art. 52 lit. d).
