Description

Contractul ce urmează a fi atribuit are ca obiect, prestarea de către Operatorul Economic a activităţii de sortare a deșeurilor de hârtie, carton, metal, plastic și sticlă colectate separat din deșeurile municipale în stații de sortare, inclusiv transportul reziduurilor rezultate din sortare la depozitele de deșeuri și/sau la instalațiile de valorificare energetică, activitate componentă a serviciului de salubrizare, fără punerea la dispoziție a infrastructurii. Contractul de delegare a activității de sortare a deșeurilor reciclabile se va derula pe o perioadă de 5 ani. Activitatea serviciului de salubrizare care face obiectul contractului de delegare este reprezentată de: sortarea deșeurilor de hârtie, carton, metal, plastic și sticlă colectate separat din deșeurile municipale în stații de sortare, inclusiv transportul reziduurilor rezultate din sortare la depozitele de deșeuri și/sau la instalațiile de valorificare energetică pentru UAT Jiava. Această activitate a serviciului de salubrizare este cea prevăzută în Legea serviciului de salubrizare a localităţilor nr. 101 din 25 aprilie 2006, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare la art. 2, alin (3), lit. d). Delegarea gestiunii activității se va realiza fără punerea la dispoziție a infrastructurii.
