Obiectul Contractului îl constituie delegarea sarcinilor și responsabilităților către Operator/Operatori cu privire la prestarea propriu-zisă a Serviciului public de transport pe raza administrativ-teritorială a Județului Bistrița-Năsăud. Serviciul cuprinde un număr de 22 de trasee structurate pe 3 grupe (pachete), pentru perioada 2025-2034. NOTĂ: Numărul de zile înainte de termenul-limită pentru primirea Ofertelor până când Ofertanţii pot solicita clarificări: 24 zile. Numărul de zile calendaristice înaintea termenului limită de primire a Ofertelor la care Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet la toate solicitările de clarificări şi/sau informaţii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesaţi: 15 zile. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Conform documentație atașată.
