Description

Achizitia se deruleaza pentru progresul in ceea ce priveste calitatea actului medical. Astfel, se propune incheierea unui acord-cadru de servicii medicale ’’Transport sanitar neasistat al pacientilor hemodializati’’ de catre Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Bistrita de la domiciliul pacientului la centrul de hemodializa si retur. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 18 zile. Obiectivul general la care contribuie prestarea serviciilor medicale se referă la achizitionarea de catre Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Bistrita de servicii de transport de la şi la domiciliul pentru pacientii hemodializati, privind respectarea asigurarii asistentei medicale conform prevederilor legale. În contextul obiectivului general prezentat mai sus, obiectivele specifice se referă la ridicarea nivelului calitativ al serviciilor medicale in domeniile de activitate ale serviciilor de îngrijiri medicale pentru pacientii hemodializati achizitionate. Organizarea procedurii de atribuire a acordului-cadru de achiziție publică de servicii - Transport sanitar neasistat al pacientilor hemodializati, se realizează prin compartimentul specializat din cadrul Spitalului Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă Bistrita. ”etapa de organizare a procedurii de atribuire a contractului/acordului-cadru începe prin transmiterea documentaţiei de atribuire în SEAP şi se finalizează odată cu încheierea contractului de achiziţie publică/acordului-cadru”, art. 10 din HG 395/2016. Cantități estimate, calculate pentru perioada de derulare a contractului pe o perioadă de 36 de luni: Cantitatea minima estimata Contract subsecvent (3 luni) -86,250.00 km, Valoarea minima estimata a CS (3 luni) - 314,812.50 lei; Cantitatea maxima estimata Contract subsecvent (9 luni)- 337,500.00 km, Valoarea maxima estimata a unui CS (9 luni) - 1,231,875.00 lei; Cantitatea minima estimata Acord-cadru (36 luni) - 1,035,000.00 km, Valoarea minima estimata a AC- 3,777,750.00 lei; Cantitatea maxima estimata Acordu-cadru (36 luni)- 1,350,000.00 km, Valoarea maxima estimata a AC (36 luni) - 4,927,500.00 lei.
