Description

conform cerintelor tehnice din caietul de sarcini nr. 7852/25.07.2025. Nota: În masura în care solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare vor fi adresate cu 19 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor acestor solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, o singura data, cu 11 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor (conf art. 172 si art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/2016). Pentru asigurarea cantității de cărbune si funcționarea blocurilor energetice in regim continuu, este necesara încheierea unui nou acord cadru de prestări servicii de transport feroviar cărbune . Încheierea acordului cadru de transport cărbune pe relațiile de transport la Sucursala Electrocentrale Turceni, se face cu respectarea procedurii administrative PAD-DA-014 - Implementarea Contractelor de Achiziții .Se solicita încheierea unui Acord Cadru valabil pentru 15 luni. Prin prestarea serviciilor de transport feroviar cărbune la S.E. Turceni se asigură cantitățile de cărbune necesare funcționarii blocurilor energetice aflate in exploatare si completarea stocului de cărbune din depozite.
