Servicii prestate de catre entitati juridice specializate in vederea achizitionarii de catre Autoritatea Contractanta a biletelor de avion pentru zboruri interne si/sau internationale, in functie de necesitatile concrete ale acesteia. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 13 zile. Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va rapunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: 10 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Asigurarea de servicii de transport aerian international/intern pentru conducerea, salariatii, partenerii si colaboratorii Universitatii Transilvania din Brasov. Calendarul estimativ de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: ori de câte ori apare necesitatea organizarii unor deplasari interne/externe ce urmeaza a se efectua de catre persoanele desemnate de catre Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov. Cantitate minima 1 bilet/contract subsecvent si cantitate maxima 20 bilete/contract subsecvent. Cantitate minima/maxima acord-cadru: 50 bilete/1000 bilete. Reluarea competiţiei se va face prin solicitarea de oferte de preţ către toţi semnatarii acordului-cadru, pe toată durata acestuia. Durata acordului cadru: 12 luni. Valoarea maxima estimata fara TVA acord cadru : 2500.000 lei fara TVA. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 50000 lei fără TVA, iar a celui mai mic de 2.500 lei fara TVA.
