Achiziție de servicii de transport aerian intern și internațional pentru Aparatul central și alte unități subordonate ale MAI, pe baza unor acorduri-cadru, pe o perioadă de 24 de luni, structurate astfel: - Lot 1 - Servicii de transport aerian intern și international pe rute directe-clasa economic; - Lot 2 - Servicii de transport aerian ocazional, intern și internațional de pasageri, altele decât cele definite în cadrul lotului 1. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare o singură dată, în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificările solicitate cu 18 zile înaintea termenului limită de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la secțiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date. Lot 1 - Servicii de transport aerian intern și internațional pe rute directe-clasa economic Cantitățile estimate minime/maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata acordului-cadru (24 luni) - se regăsesc în Anexele nr. 1-2 la Documentația de atribuire Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului cadru este de 387.532,54 euro fără T.V.A, iar valoarea maximă estimată este de 4.031.895,76 euro fără T.V.A, conform Anexelor nr. 1-2 la Documentația de atribuire. Cantitățile și valorile estimate minime/maxime ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc în Anexele nr. 1-2 la Documentația de atribuire Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 390.785,40 euro fără TVA; Lot 2 - Servicii de transport aerian ocazional, intern și internațional de pasageri, altele decât cele definite în cadrul lotului 1 Cantitățile estimate minime/maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata acordului-cadru (24 luni) - se regăsesc în Anexele nr. 3-4 la Documentația de atribuire Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului cadru este de 561.034,00 euro fără T.V.A, iar valoarea maximă estimată este de 7.064.903,15 euro fără T.V.A, conform Anexelor nr. 3-4 la Documentația de atribuire.
