ACORD CADRU PENTRU SERVICII DE TRANSPORT AERIAN PENTRU INTERVALUL IANUARIE 2024 - DECEMBRIE 2027. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite: Contractele subsecvente vor respecta conditiile acordului cadru care va fi incheiat cu respectarea prevederilor caietului de sarcini. Acordul Cadru va stabili conditiile generale ale achizitionarii serviciilor de transport aerian intern si international. Scopul acordului-cadru îl reprezintă stabilirea elementelor/condiţiilor esenţiale care vor guverna contractele subsecvente de prestări servicii ce urmează a fi atribuite prin proceduri de reofertare pe durata derulării prezentului acord, precum și stabilirea condițiilor contractuale care vor completa în mod corespunzător contractele subsecvente. Procedurile de reofertare se vor derula offline prin solicitarea de oferte de la toți operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului cadru.Elementele distinctive ale contractelor subsecvente fata de acordul cadru sunt reprezentate de detaliile deplasarilor reofertate. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 20.000 lei, conform istoricului anilor 2021-2023. Acordul cadru va fi incheiat cu operatori economici clasati pe primele 8 locuri, conform taxei de serviciu ofertata. Acord Cadru pentru servicii de transport aerian pentru intervalul ianuarie 2024- decembrie 2027 : servicii prestate de catre entitati juridice specializate in vederea achizitionarii de catre OSIM a biletelor de avion pentru zboruri interne si internationale, in functie de deplasarile aprobate de catre Ordonatorul de credite
